★   Office

The office’s main responsibilities include: internal and external coordination to ensure the normal operation of the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce; drafting, processing and forwarding incoming and outgoing documents and correspondences; handling issues related to archives, letters and visits, confidentiality, reception; overall planning and organizing of major conferences; drafting documents for major conferences and important speeches for the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce leaders; the office finance and state assets supervision and administration; Office Automation construction; and supervising the work of its directly-affiliated undertakings. 

★   Section of Membership

The section of Membership is responsible for: The membership recruitment, administration and service; maintaining contact with the non-public sector personages on a daily basis, information collection and inspection, as well as political arrangement and recommendation; organizational construction, supervision and guidance for its directly-affiliated trade groups and members; selection and organization work related to the Award of Outstanding Contribution to Socialist Construction to Non-public Economic Sector Personages; and maintaining close contact with the local and grassroots federations of industry and commerce.

★   Section of Economic Service and Liaison

The section’s main responsibilities include: economic service for the non-public sector enterprises; investigation and research on the non-public sector enterprises; providing assistance to the government in investment attraction, economic and trade exchange, regional economic cooperation, overseas business expansion for private enterprises; organization, coordination and providing advice on the economic service of local federations of industry and commerce; liaison for the communication and exchange between the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce and overseas chambers of commerce; organization and service for the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce’s outbound group visits as well as the reception of inbound visits of overseas groups; supervision and management of communication and cooperation between the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce’s members and overseas chambers of commerce and international groups; and management service for the members’ overseas conferences and business activities.   

★   Section of Publicity and investigation

The section’s main responsibilities include: the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce’s media relations and news service; research on and promotion of the ideological and political awareness among the non-public sector personages;  promotion of corporate culture in the non-public sector; organization and coordination of the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce’s Publicity; and organization, coordination and implementation of investigation and research on major subjects.
